Yael is the founder of Cabilly & Co. and a leading attorney in E-Commerce Law. With over 17 years of experience in intellectual property, she specializes in solving problems on e-commerce platforms and protecting client interests. Yael holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and is licensed to practice law in New York and Israel.

Shira heads the E-commerce Department at Cabilly & Co., specializing in Amazon-related issues. She assists sellers with account suspensions, complex appeals, and escalations to Amazon’s legal department. Shira has over 14 years of experience and is licensed in NY and Israel.

Ronit is an experienced attorney and head of the IP Department at Cabilly & Co. She advises clients on intellectual property and e-commerce laws, including trademark registration, and the enforcement of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs. Ronit assists Amazon sellers with brand protection and fights hijackers on the platform. She holds an LL.B from the Hebrew University and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Assaf has been admitted to the bar in 2009 and specialized in litigation and commercial law. He also holds an MBA in Tech and Innovation Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University. Prior to joining Cabilly & Co., he held roles in Business Development & Strategy and established an e-commerce startup company acquired in 2018. Since 2021, Assaf has served as CEO of Cabilly & Co., overseeing financial plans, policies, and development strategies, as well as managing customer relations and business partnerships.

Shahak Leon Netz is an intellectual property lawyer with extensive experience in trademark law, intellectual property litigation, settlement negotiations, contracts and more. He has worked with large international corporations in leading intellectual property law firms.

Shahak holds degrees in law and communications, and is licensed to practice law in New York and Israel.

Yaffa is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with over 20 years of experience, specializing in trademarks and complex copyright matters. She earned her LL.B from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2002. In addition to her legal expertise, Yaffa is a certified public notary and a qualified mediator.

Teri is a U.S. Intellectual Property Attorney with 7 years of experience. She specializes in patent prosecution and enforcement, advising on patentability, invalidity, freedom-to-operate, and design-around analysis. She drafts and prosecutes U.S. and international patent applications across technical areas.

Naomi is a NY and Israel-licensed attorney with over 5 years of experience in intellectual property. She specializes in trademarks, IP litigation, contracts, and complex copyright issues. As part of the Suspensions Department, Naomi serves Amazon sellers globally, advising on IP law, design patents, and compliance with Amazon regulations.

Yair brings over 9 years of expertise in marketing and content creation to Cabilly & Co. As Head of Marketing, he is dedicated to positioning the firm as the premier choice for e-commerce and intellectual property services. Tatiana is a passionate Business Development and Account Manager with extensive experience in hospitality and sales. She is committed to driving the success of her clients and partners through a collaborative approach, mutual dedication, and outstanding service. With a deep understanding of client needs and industry dynamics, Tatiana excels at building strong, lasting relationships that foster growth and achieve shared goals.

Jonny is an e-commerce account specialist with over 10 years of experience, focusing on drafting appeal letters, reinstating accounts and listings, and resolving compliance, regulatory, and safety issues for Amazon sellers. He is part of the Suspension Department, handling platform regulations and policies.

Seth is a member of the Suspensions Department, assisting sellers with account, listing, shipping, and advertising issues. With 9 years of experience, he helps sellers navigate Amazon's policies and escalation processes.

Reut joined Cabilly & Co. in 2021 as Accounting Manager, bringing 7 years of finance experience. She oversees collections, payments, income, expenditure, accounting reports, and assists clients with accounting issues.

Eddo earned his LLB magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University and his SJD from Harvard Law School. He began his career at a leading New York law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Eddo represents hi-tech entrepreneurs and companies in international commercial activities and M&A deals, including the representation of sellers and buyers of medium and large e-commerce businesses, with a focus on Amazon FBA.

Sharon is an M&A specialist with over 20 years of experience advising on cross-border sales, acquisitions, and investments. He has represented sellers and buyers in Amazon FBA business deals valued at over $100 million. Sharon holds an LL.M from Cornell Law School and an LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is licensed to practice law in Israel and New York.

With over 20 years of experience, Diana is a privacy and compliance expert specializing in managing and implementing compliance programs for startups, small and medium businesses, as well as large multinational organizations across various sectors. She has consulted on AI governance, digital compliance for e-commerce and social media, and provides DPO services. Additionally, Diana offers commercial legal counseling, specializing in licensing and complex commercial agreements for online businesses. She holds an Executive MBA from Haifa University and an LL.B from Tel Aviv University, with distinctions.

Zohar advises on corporate and commercial law, including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and strategic alliances. He also specializes in e-commerce, representing clients in transactions like the purchase/sale of Amazon FBA businesses. Zohar holds an LL.B, a B.A. from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude), and an Executive M.S. in Finance from City University of New York (summa cum laude). He is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1996.

A licensed U.S. customs broker with over 15 years of experience, John has worked in logistics and trade compliance. He has managed logistics for Sotheby’s Auction House and bio-tech and retail marketing companies. At Cabilly & Co., John advises on product compliance, best practices, and company/product registration with agencies like the FDA and EPA, as well as securing import permits for various products.
