They helped me recover my FB account that was wrongfully disabled for a cybersecurity flag. We had a consultation call and went over what happened, then Naomi did some research and we decided to proceed with a demand letter to meta. The letter was very detailed and presented a strong case for reinstatement.  Within a week of the letter being sent I tried to login and was surprised to find out I was able to login after being locked out for 3 months.  If I could do it again I would have hired them sooner instead of wasting time with normal support pathways. Very professional service. High quality lawyers. The team at Cabilly helped me resolve a baseless, frivolous counterfeit claim on my account. After Cabillys appeal was rejected within 60 seconds of submission (even with it including a letter from one of Cabillys attorneys), the team at Cabilly got on a conference call with the Amazon Account Health team and managed to convince the rep to escalate the appeal for an "actual" review by the seller performance team. The appeal then won.

I could not have won this claim without their help. There's just no way. The conference call in particular was fascinating to listen in on and their expertise really shined through there, in real time. I will not hesitate to recommend their services for other sellers facing obvious frivolous IP claims on their account, and I will no doubt continue using them myself to assist with any future account health issues.
